    1      tablespoon    fresh ground black pepper
    1      teaspoon      monosodium glutamate
    1      teaspoon      paprika
    1      teaspoon      dry mustard
    3                    bay leaf -- ground
    1      tablespoon    garlic -- minced
 
 Combine ingredients-mix well.  Rub into poultry before grilling.
