Cashew Butter (Xmas) Recipe

Title: Cashew Butter (Xmas)

       Yield: 1 servings 
   
       2 c  Cashews 
       2 tb Butter 
     1/2    -1 t       salt 
   
   With metal blade in food processor add cashews to 
   beaker of processor. Process turning on and off 
   rapidly, until cashews are finely ground. Add butter 
   and salt; process until smooth.  Taste and add more 
   salt, if desired; process.
