    1 1/2  Cups          Salad oil
    2      Cups          Sugar
    2      Large         eggs
    1      Teaspoon      Vanilla
    3      Cups          Flour
    2      Teaspoons     Soda
    2      Teaspoons     Cinnamon
    3      Cups          Chopped apples
      1/2  Cup           Chopped nuts (optional)
 
   Mix in order listed. Do not use electric mixer. Pour into 9 x 13 nch pan and
 bake for 50-60 minutes. Mixture will be real thick. Let cool and cut into bars.
 Stays fresh for weeks
